Job Seekers: You agree to provide accurate, honest, and complete information regarding your profile, qualifications, and experience.

Recruiters: You agree to post genuine job listings. Spanning, fraudulent listings, or requesting payments from candidates to secure employment is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your recruiter account.

3. Job Verification & Moderation

True Job reserves the right, but is not obligated, to moderate and verify job listings posted by employers. We may remove or modify listings that violate our community policies without prior warning.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

True Job acts as a connection platform and is not responsible for the hiring decisions, background checks, safety, or terms of employment offered by individual recruiters. Candidates are advised to verify details independently.

5. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
